"Just made a purchased on 11/09/11 @ 0909 EDT. Was very easy and everything was explained in black and white. I will write again once the item arrives. The product arrived on 11/12/11 @ 1201 EDT. The products arrived as mentioned and cartridges were full. My Canon MP 780 accepted the cartridges and printed without any smudges. Will probably deal with the company again. I hope this helps."
" I'm not really sure what the problem is with inkfarms customer service, maybe they are a bit short staffed. I ordered a high yield ink cartridge for my old HP and got smaller one, after contacting CS I received a reply right away asking me to give them model number. Took the cartridge out, sent back the info and that's the last heard from them. It's a shame, because I think they have a good product, maybe if they get their act together I might consider dealing with them again. Good Luck.

"Ordered cartridges for a Lexmark printer. The black worked fine but the color cartridges don't work at all. They tell you if the cartridges don't work, put the old ones back in to fool the printer, then reinstall the Inkfarm cartridge. If that don't work, perform surgery on the cartridge and CAREFULLY scratch of the black carbon area. Piece of crap! DO NOT BUY from Inkfarm."
"I ordered some cartridges and then realized the Lexmark printer was a lemon and I returned the printer to the local store. I asked Inkfarm if they would receive back the 8 cartridges they had shipped and give me a credit and send me another type of cartridge for another printer I have. They were prompt, courteous and immediately communicated the total credit amount, the new order being prepared and when it shipped. Cannot ask for better long distance service."
"I find the negative comments, here, hard to believe unless Dr. Jeckle runs the place and that's doubtful. I've been their customer for three years. I owned an HP All in One and, now, a simpler, cheaper-to-refill Epson NX. The ink cartriges that I have received from them have been "top shelf!" Before I realized that it was my printer, not their cartriges, I dealt with customer service, whining about the cartriges not working. Them sent another order refill, no charge and no questions asked. When I realized that it was my HP rejecting re-manufactured ink cart.s, I emailed them, offering to pay for the last shipment of ink. They said, "Don't worry about it!" Now, if that isn't good customer service, I'll be a monkey's uncle! This outfit is THE BEST. Orders have been filled quickly and accurately and securely. So, there you have it. There is no better place to buy your ink, online! That's MO."

The items I ordered arrived on 10/1/11 -- clear on the opposite side of the country. My order was correctly filled, very promptly packed and shipped, and the merchandise is completely satisfactory. "The order arrived promptly. However, the minute I opened (removed the tape from the cartridge) the ink from 2 cartridges spilled out all over me and the desk. I attempted to communicate to inkfarm by sending them 3 emails about the problem. The first was to an email address provided with the order. I received an error message and could not send the message. The next 2 emails was sent via their website. I have not received a response in more than 2 weeks. Live and learn I guess. I will never order from them again."
