I have an older model CX4800 and when I began having problems finding ink for my printer, I surfed the web and discovered this website with all the favorable review. I ordered a $5.00+ cartridge and it was brighter than Epson's so I ordered all the colors, including black. The black prints much darker, but not too dark, very crisp and clear. "This is the first time ordering from inkfarm. I ordered 2 black cartridges and received my order quickly. The print was great but only for about 15 pages and the ink dried up. I am now on my second cartridge and all is well with 2 pages printed. Who knows how long this will last. I have contacted customer service requesting a refund we will see what happens"

I ordered a package of 5 ink carts and one of the black carts appeared to have leaked. I didn't want to mess with it and didn't trust it, so I wrote to them and explained to situation. Within 24 hours I received a response telling me they were sorry for the problem and that a replacement cartridge was on its way. HOW GREAT IS THAT?

I have 3 printers, in addition to an HP fax machine & black & white Lazerjet, and had been ordering cartridges on-line from another company for several years. Approximately 1 year ago, they all needed 1 or more cartridges at the same time. When I went to order them, I was shocked at the high shipping rates and discovered that these rates were directly tied to the # of cartridges I ordered, rather than the weight.
I then did a Google search to compare prices and was so happy to find Inkfarm.com. At that time, they not only offered prices less than what I'd been paying, but they were offering free shipping during that time period. I was surprised when my (remanufactured) cartridges arrived 2 days later - this was the fastest I've ever received an on-line order.
True to their word, these remanufactured cartridges are double filled and have so far, lasted longer than their guarantee. In addition, I have placed other orders since that time, as has my daughter, and they always arrive promptly and perform perfectly. We particularly LOVE the $3.85 flat rate shipping fee, which could cost up to $20 anywhere else.
On June 5, I ordered 2 cartridges and one was for my HP Photosmart. I meant to order a cyan but when they arrived, I found I had mixed up the numbers and received a magenta. I sent an email to Inkfarm explaining the situation and told them I'd be happy to keep the magenta but asked if they could send the cyan USPS in a padded envelope so I wouldn't have to pay another $3.85 shipping. I got an immediate response from Steven Werner who said he would send a cyan one right away at a 10% discount and would waive the shipping fee. The cartridge arrived the next day!
WOW!! THAT IS DEFINITELY GR8 CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was really impressed and plan to recommend Inkfarm to my friends and associates.

"This was my first time purchasing ink that was not the same brand as the manufacturer of my printer. It was also my first experience purchasing ink on-line from a remanufacturer.
I placed my order over the weekend and received it today. I was very satisfied with the quick delivery and low cost of shipping. My order was a value 5-pack for the Canon MP620. It included black, magenta, yellow, and cyan cartridges as well as a large black cartridge. I really liked the 10% discount when ordering more than one set at a time (I ordered 2 sets).
When the cartridges arrived, I replaced the two that were empty - magenta and cyan. The cyan installed without a problem, however I was getting the error message "some ink tanks are not installed in place" and the magenta was blinking. I attempted to reseat it multiple times, but the printer wouldn't take it. I then tried the magenta cartridge from the second set I ordered and that worked fine. I contacted Inkfarms' customer service via their website to inform them of the issue I was having. I received a very quick response from a Steven Werner who apologized that I was having a problem and let me know that they were sending out a replacement "right away" and that I should receive it within a few days. I was very surprised at how easy it was to get support from. The fact that I didn't have to hassle with shipping the defective one back was great! They acknowledged my issue and provided an easy and quick solution. That tells me that they believe in their product and want to do right by their customers. I'm very satisfied with their customer service and will continue to shop with Inkfarm for my future printer ink needs. I'm definitely a promoter and will be telling my friends and family about them as well.
