"Overall it was a pretty great experience. Our first request for butterfly larvae was lost and did not reach our house. After calling the help line, I was informed they would mail us another set (no charge). However, they were not going to ship it out until 3 days from then. I am not sure why it took so long to mail them. No explanation was given."
