"Placing my order was easy as pie, I did it online. My order placement was fast and the website was easy enough to navigate that I did not have to spend a lot of time looking for the items I wanted.

The only issue I had was that the T.V. advertisement states that I could place my order online or by phone and if I completed my order that day I would receive not just one jar of caterpillars but two. So, I was disappointed to open a package with just one jar of caterpillars.
I wonder though is it too late to ask for the other jar promised in the TV add? If not then I would like to receive it! "
