Shop Runner :(

"Easy site to use, have used once before. Didn't like the fact that I signed up for Shop Runner (they push it) to get 2 day free shipping and then it didn't work because Apple Care (not even something they have to ship) wasn't an eligible item even though I spent $1,200 on eligible items. Now it's going to be 3 - 7 days. Not happy about it."

"PCM has a diverse product offering. I keep an eye open for bargains, research the product and finally am biting on an open-box UHD monitor. I don't usually risk a returned item. PCM's 15-day return policy has encouraged me to take a chance. I hope to not have to exercise that policy."

The worst! Don't waste your time unless you don't mind waiting months for your item.

"I placed an order on 4/6/17 on 4/27/17 I called to inquire about where my order was. They mysteriously could not find it and eventually admitted they deleted my order. So the order was replaced on 4/27/17. On 5/10/17 I had to call again to inquire where my items are and was told they are on back order and are estimated to ship on 5/23/17! No phone call or email stating the item wasn't available. This after I had to have several calls to prove I was who I said I was regarding the credit card. I'm all for security but this was ridiculous. The one and only reason I didn't cancel and go elsewhere is that I needed a large quantity and they were the only online retailer that would sell that amount. Live and learn. They will never get my business again."
