"I receive daily ads and was able to purchase a Samsung monitor for much less than any other offerings, and with free shipping. I did have trouble with the checkout process and had to call customer service to learn that the processor was down. Unfortunately the person I talked to couldn't help me directly and I had to talk to my account manager, which would require me to call back and enter her extension.
Didn't seem like a professional situation as I would have hoped that anyone answering the phone would be able to help me spend money. I was done messing around so I changed my payment method to use PayPal and put it on the same credit card anyways. Took about 45 minutes for all this.
Having said that, I've purchased many things from here for my business and it's the first time I've had any troubles at all. I will always be happy purchasing from MacMall."
