I did have trouble with the checkout process and had to call customer service to learn that the processor was down. Unfortunately the person I talked to couldn't help me directly and I had to talk to my account manager, which would require me to call back and enter her extension.

Didn't seem like a professional situation as I would have hoped that anyone answering the phone would be able to help me spend money. I was done messing around so I changed my payment method to use PayPal and put it on the same credit card anyways. Took about 45 minutes for all this.
