"I ordered a part on Tuesday after hours that was needed for a weekend job and chose 3 day expedited shipping. I was unaware this meant the part would not ship until late Wednesday and therefore was not received until the next Monday (the 3 day clock started Thursday), which meant I instead needed to purchase the part elsewhere and choose 1 day shipping to receive it in time. I did not expect 3 day expedited shipping would mean received in 6 days and would have hoped more clear guidance was on the website to explain that orders received after **** time would not be shipped for a few days until after the order was placed. I now have an extra part that was unused but paid $45 for expedited shipping, and is therefore not worth returning.
Customer service told me I should have assumed this was the case with 3 day shipping and were unable to resolve my complaint in a useful manner."
