You are solely reliant on inverter supply for support and they are completely incapable of supporting Victron products. They are not supportive of solar installers and is not willing to help the industry. Customer service is not wanting to work with customers on issues and creating winning situations.

"I purchased a Victron Multiplus Inverter. After getting it installed, I had problems using my 700 watt microwave. There was a frequency problem with it not maintaining 60 Hz. My electrician determined that the inverter may be defective. I called Inverter Supply and described the situation and they agreed and issued an RMA. The RMA arrived without postage for the return. I complained and a couple days of later Inverter Supply sent my a reimbursement check. The inverter was tested and found out to be fine and returned at my expense. Inverter Supply then stopped payment on the reimbursement check without informing me. When I contacted them they refused to issue a new check including insufficient funds fee incurred by me. I was then accused of lying and returning a perfectly good inverter, which makes absolutely no sense! Customer service was poor. In addition to all of this I contacted Inverter Supply with questions. I was given incorrect info and did not get a reply, as promised, from Victron's technical support. I would not recommend doing business with this vendor!"
