"I was happy to find a local supplier as I prefer to boost local economy, even though they seem more expensive.

My order was placed on 3/26/2018 for 3 boxes of Classic Conduit Mount - 12 per box totaling $572.87. These later turned out to not be the correct mounts as I could not tell from the pics and surprisingly the sales guy did not have much knowledge about the parts and was fumbling along with me. Anyway thinking I had the right product I placed the order.

Our school started delivering a two week class which kept me from opening the boxes once they arrived on 3/4/2018. By the time I did it was 4/24/2018, 20 days later. I called and tried to order the correct mounts but they do not carry the high quality steel version only the weaker aluminium one. My idea was to ship the wrong product back and change it to the correct one but I was told they do not take returns after 15 days. Which makes sense when you buy electronics and more sensitive components. In this case were are talking about 12x12" aluminum sheets, not exactly something that anyone would mind buying even if used, mine only had one open box and entirely unused.

I tried requesting a RMA and was prepared to eat some money. After two days I get an email saying "This is past our return policy. Sincerely, " which honestly felt like being given the finger.

In my business we don't stick to policy if it hurts our business. In fact we have a service policy that says to hell with a policy which stops us from giving unselfish service, at that instant. A reseller that won't accept a 5 day late return is, in my mind, not really interested in customers.

We are educating people on growing and living sustainably and have a large customer base who want to learn how to be sustainable and solar is one of the things we give classes on. Guess who's not going to be promoted?"

"Very very shady business here. They deliberately tell you a product is in stock and you will have it a certain day and you actually receive it a full week after they promise. I had ordered Fusion speakers and a sub from this company. I placed the order on Thursday and was promised it would arrive by Monday. I set up my installer to do them Tuesday. Surprise surprise Tuesday rolls around and this product hadn't even shipped yet! I had to pay my installer $100 for the cancelled appointment. I immediately call Inverter Supply to cancel the order and they told me the product just shipped (another lie) and I couldn't cancel it.

Now the fun begins...I finally receive the product a week later and submitted an RMA immediately. This joke of a company wanted me to pay for return shipping and gave me a 7 day window to return it. I was away on business and would not be home in time to return the unopened items. The company has since told me that my return is null in void and I am now stuck with their unopened product and that I ordered less than 30 days ago. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I will make sure everyone knows about how unethical and shady their business practices are.

"i called asked about stock levels as i needed a product and the salesman said yes 36 in stock i said great your in fl i am in sc should be here in a day or 2 as its needed for a job. he said he would ship it next day!!!! i got my tracking they shipped it from california which was the reason for me using inverter supply to begin with and checking stock levels. i called asked about it reminded them iasked on stock levels the salesman or owner said there was 36 at the factory. i told him i specifically asked him bout stock and fast service. i asked do they mot care about there customers he stated NO!!!!! so order from them if you want. i will take the loss and send it back when it gets here $600 and a week of my life for a company that says they dont care about there customers."

"Worst company ever!

I placed an order on 6-29. Called and connected to their online chat to check BEFORE I placed the order than everything I need was in stock. They said so. After placing the order, I waited two days before I called in to check everything was ok. They said everything was Ok and was promised it would ship soon. After a week waiting, I called in to check waht is going on. They told me that what I ordered needed to be custom built (wtf?) and that it would ship directly from the manufacturer.

After almost 3 weeks no response, I emailed them. And they canceled the order. I made sure in the mail I sent to them that they will regret this was I will use my influence over the social networks to have everyone aware of their business. My last call was picked up by a guy who seemed pretty harsh treating me to cancel the order.

PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !! IT IS A SCAM!!"

"Inverter Supply cancelled an order that they initially said they could get no problem. Kept getting assurances that they were "checking the warehouse" and that "it needed to be built" and would take a week or so. Finally, the order was cancelled by them without explanation, and no one will pick up the phone or respond to emails inquiring as to why the order was cancelled. The guys at Inverter Supply started out being very responsive placing the order, but then just kept passing it off to others and then finally just quit without any notice or explanation. Pretty unprofessional group here, but there were also no charges placed on my card before it was to be shipped, so that's one good thing. Just don't count on anybody actually talking to you when you have a question or if there is some kind of issue with your order"
