"Placed my first order on Friday. Received partial shipment the following Thursday. Had not received any notice that only part of my order had shipped. The web site has no option for tracking, or for order status checking. You have to call an 888 number. Called about order, was told they would check on it and get back to me. Followed up with an e-mail. Did not receive a response by phone or e-mail. Called again the next day. Told it would be a week and a half until other item shipped. I asked that the order be cancelled and credit my account. It was taken care of immediately and I saw my credit a few minutes later. Seem to be good people with a mediocre website."
