"There is a huge choice and the option to see the rug in your room (virtually speaking) is an excellent feature. When I ordered I was unaware the goods came from the USA but UPS kept me well informed about delivery."

"The rug we ordered looks just as pictured online and works well in the room. The colours were a bit muted when we first opened it, but I think that's just because it take a while for it to fluff up. It also arrived rolled up (obviously), so is taking a while to flatten out, but otherwise all good."

"XXL washable rug required and bought in sale. Noted the issue with returning as per other comments, but worth the risk for the price as probably wasn’t going to return regardless. Is a little thin and creased , but hardly surprising for the price and I’m sure the creases will fade eventually as it’s already looking better. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and glad I took the risk as it paid off! "
