These guys are nothing more than a scam. Just do yourself a favor and order from someone else. Any of the positive feedback you see here is probably just more of their scam.
I ordered two case fans for a customer build. The rest of the parts I had ordered from two other websites. Within a week I had received all of my other parts but then there were these two fans that STILL had not been shipped AND the order was STILL IN PENDING!
It is obvious to me that these people DO NOT stock what is shown on their website and do not even have the capability of getting some of things on their website. If you try to inquire about your order, they offer you $5 on your next order. That's probably another scam to get even more money out of you. "Hey! You can save $5 off the next wad of cash we steal from you!" woohoo
Again, do yourself a favor and just don't order anything from these guys.

I emailed Paypal on Friday to get my money back and received an email from extremealterations saying my order will ship Monday. Monday came and went and on Tuesday I had my money back through paypal.
Final Thoughts.
I still think the positive feedback seen here is from extremealterations trying to doctor up their score (just look at the times on the two comments above mine). This is a struggling middle man business with poor communication. If they had a better stock of actual in-house inventory and spent more time dealing with customer inquiries, it may just be a decent business. In the shape they're in right now, I would recommend you steer clear of them. "
"I purchased some uv paint from them on Sept 13, 2003. I still have yet to receive the item or a tracking number or confirmation that the item has shipped. I have been e-mailing almost every day for the past week and have been told twice that they would ask someone about the order and then get back to me. Then I was told that I would receive a tracking number shortly. I still have yet to hear what the status of my order is or receive a tracking number.

Got off the phone with me? You never even contacted me by phone. After 8 weeks the item was finally shipped and a tracking number did not reach me until after I posted this to reseller ratings and told you I would contact the BBB on this because you kept telling me this would ship. So no I will not revise this. Turn me over to reseller ratings and red flag this if that is your wish. I stand firm on the statements and story that I stated here.

As of today I still have not received the item or a valid tracking/delivery confirmation number. I will most likely be contacting the BBB, paypal, and the Owensboro PD to file a mail/internet fraud report. My only recommedation is to not buy from these scammers.
11/25/03 part II
This goes to show just how much liars they are. They told me that the package they supposedly sent on the 11th was lost. I had checked the delivery confirmation number and it never checked through. USPS.com said they were notified to expect shipment of the package but after checking everyday for two weeks after the supposed ship date it said the same thing "usps was notified to expect shipment blah blah blah". Extreme Alterations said the package was lost. Now if the package was sent out and lost like they said it was then when the supposedly sent me a new package it should have a new delivery confirmation number as well. Now the number says that it was scanned and in transit on the 25th. Gee... isn't that the same date that I posted this earlier that I would be contacting the BBB and Owensboro PD? I guess thats the only way to get these scammers to send your packages out. Stay away from these deadbeats."

"I ordered the products, got a confirming email, but only received a partial shipment of the first item with no explanation and no shipping / packing list. I emailed twice about this shipment and received replies that they were looking into it but so far (Sept 26) they have done nothing or emailed me back.
They fail to communicate, fail to ship all the products, no packing slip, and no follow through...so far. I'm now on my 3-4 email to them and am waiting on a response.
Buyer beware....the site looks hip and cool, but wait for more feedback before you buy from them.

Wow, I must be stupid, I thought the guy was honest, I ordered three fans from him and still nothing after 4 weeks...I'm going to the BBB, the Attorney General's Office for Kentucky and file a complaint. He had the balls to charge my MasterCard as well, if I don't get a credit ASAP, I'm reporting him to them as well.
I last ordered on Sept 9, and still haven't received my 3 fans I purchased. But they definitely billed my MasterCard and got payment."
