When? By all rights this package should have been mailed out Thursday and as of yet I have seen nothing which convinces me that it has been sent. All I have received so far is proof that the Shopping Cart didn't work properly and a charge on my credit card. I was expecting this on Tuesday the 12th and currently I don't know if it has even left the store yet.

I never asked if they ship on weekends, I placed the order on a Wednesday and since all the objects were in stock they should have been sent the next day or certainly by today (5 days later).
I still have no word from the company of even such a simple thing as whether my order is being shipped to me.

I agree that this was an issue but I sent a clarifying email as soon as I found out that one was needed. The order was placed at 9:47pm and I had already received the request to find out what I had ordered and had replied to it by 10:43pm that night. Within the e-mail I sent were direct links to the items I had purchased! Is it really too much to expect to have two (2) items manually entered into an order and shipped within five (5) days?

If there was any miscommunication it most assuredly was not on my end. I answered all questions which were put to me clearly and concisely (even going so far as to include links in my e-mails to specific items). I even checked back a few days later to inform your sales staff that it looked as though there was still an issue with the order. instead of a proper response "We shall check into it." or "Thank you for bring it to our attention." I received "We will e-mail you the tracking information." which led me to believe the package had been shipped and was on it's way. Obviously, in hindsight that was wrong.
Is it really blowing something out of proportion when I reply to questions informatively and check back on the status of an order for five days before complaning?

When any company has an upset customer the best way to solve the issue is to find out what the problem is and try to fix it, that's what is best. "BEWARE of vendors without telephone numbers! BE MORE AWARE of vendors that don't post how many items are in stock! BE LOOKING SOMEWHERE ELSE if the vendor can't take credit cards directly and uses a 3rd party processor (hey, good luck getting hold of them!). Well, once a fool, twice and idiot for me. They 'advertised' the part that I needed so I ordered 20 - 10 for now and 10 for later, but I needed the 10 to make my delivery commitments. I had to pay through their credit card processor, 2CheckOut.com, which promptly started a flood of unwanted spam. 2 days after accepting my order the vendor said that not all items where in stock and they would delay shipping until they could deliver. I replied that I urgently needed 10 now, and please provide a telephone number to contact them. After NO REPLY, I emailed twice more - still no reply. Only after I posted a poor review HERE did I get action from the vendor who promised overnight delivery if I would remove the review now. I did, and 3 days later he tells me that he can't deliver. It's OK that the guy can't get the parts, but he is grossly irresponsible in not letting customers know that he himself does not stock any parts, and is merely an arbitrage agent. He told me 3 times that he could meet my delivery milestone, and tells me last minute that he can't. Now I have to order from someone else and pay exhorbitant overnight delivery. If he would have just been honest I would have bought what he had in stock and got the others elsewhere. And he still refuses to post a telephone number to contact him. Stay away from this shoddy outfit!"

"I ordered a fanbus from this company on May 20, 2003. I received an e-mail that day which stated that my order had been shipped. I was given a USPS tracking number.
Today is May 29, 2003. I have not received my order. All attempts to communicate with this compnay have failed. They do not have a phone number and refuse to respond to e-mail.
Finally, you might be wondering about the tracking number. When you click it, you get this message:
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on May 22, 2003 to expect your package for mailing. Status is updated every evening. Please check again later." It appears that my credit card has been charged but that the company had decided to keep the product.
I have contacted their credit card vendor, 2CKO. They are investigating. It is worth noting that they don't have a phone number for these people either. 2CKO told me that I will receive a refund in 48 hours if this matter is not resolved.
*UPDATE* It is amazing what happens when you leave feedback on this site. Results! Now, here are some facts for you:
Fact: You sent me an e-mail on May 20, 2003 stating that my order had shipped. You provided a tracking number.
Fact: You e-mailed me this evening after seeing my feedback on this site.
- "We are sorry if you think we were trying to avoid you. We aren't. We simply didn't receive any e-mails from you, prior to this one. I looked this matter up for you and it seems that your order was printed out, ready to fill, but found that the product was just sold out seconds before your order. Thus, we will be crediting your credit card and we will let you know when it's back in stock. Sorry for an confusion or delays. Have a great day!"
Fact: I was never told of this delay. Your website did not reflect this delay. It showed the status as shipped and provided a tracking number.
Fact: I gave you the benefit of the doubt and didn't contact you. I assumed that the postal service was slow. However, after nine days I grew concerned.
