My order was JUST for a set of 12 place settings; not a huge order for a restaurant. He was extremely helpful, did lots of research for me, and kept me informed the whole time. He actually got me the dishes I had tried to get at 5 other businesses over a period of 2 1/2 months. He did this in a few days. I thought customer service was dead in our country.
