"J.E.S. has the best customer service possible. Every business should be run like this. When I ordered a 5" boning knife to be shipped express as a gift, they called and sent me an email telling me that they could get me the 6" knife faster if I needed it. Then they held on while I called my friend to ask if he'd like the 6" knife. Then they followed up (again with both a call and an email) to tell me that they'd confirmed that I could ship by ground more cheaply and get it there on the same day as if I'd shipped it express. Then they called again to make sure the knife arrived on time and my friend liked it. If they handle a small order from an individual this way, I can imagine how attentive their service must be for commercial customers. I bought the knife here because J.E.S. had the best price, but I'll buy more from them as a result of the attentive and thorough service. "

"Adam at JES Restaurant is a ifesaver! I had ordered an American Range 36" step up range for my home from an applicance store in New York. After waiting more than 5 months for the range to be delivered (the 1st one was the wrong one, the 2nd range they delivered was defective and leaked gas) this appliance store finally came to my home to pick up the defective range after my carbon monoxide unit went off and I had to call the fire department. During this time, I went on the internet and came across JES Restaurant Equipment and Restaurant Supply. I placed a call and told Adam about what was going on and whether or not he and his company would be able to assist me in obtaining this range for residential use. I was a very happy person when Adam called and told me that he would be able to accommodate me. Adam was true to his word, the stove had to be manufactured for me, it would take 2 to 3 weeks and believe it or not it did. Not the 5 months I was kept waiting. He kept checking up on the range and had given me an outside date of October 16th. After making all the necessary arrangements the range was on its way. We did have a minor glitch with the carrier for the distributor - only one individual was on the truck. Again Adam rose to the occasion and located a company that would move the range into my home. Adam orchestrated the redelivery of the range with the shipping company, located a mover in my area that agreed to move the range into my home and there it was. All clean and spanking new. The Cadillac of ranges had now arrived. It is a pleasure to look at and a pleasure to use. My first task was to bake cookies for my friend's granddaughter's Christening. I was pleasantly surprised and elated. I baked 249 cookies on five trays in 18 minutes using the confection/inovection oven. This particular cookie would take a minimum of 3 hours baking time since I had to bake each tray approximately 30 minutes. I cannot wait to start my holiday baking. I will be sending Adam a batch of these cookies as soon as they come out of the oven. I cannot speak more highly of JES and Adam."
