"I placed an order on 4MAY2022 and on 19MAY2022 it still hadn't even been packed for shipping! After a couple calls to customer service to find out what the status of my order was, it was finally explained to me that if the warehouse in KY does not have an item in stock, your whole order is placed on hold for another warehouse to ship that item to the KY warehouse. I inquired about just cancelling my order with the customer service agent and they said I am unable to cancel the order? I suggest using other sites to order parts from unless you absolutely cannot find what you need elsewhere. "

"Usually ive ordered just a part at a time. But this last time i had 3 and ended up with 3 different shipments and no way to tell which shipment was which item. It had the option to tell me but was not accurate. It told me the seat i ordered had arrived when it reality it was a shift peg. Almost called the cops thinking someone still my package off my front door until i went to check my mail and found the shift peg in the mailbox."
