"I bought some tires from J&P cycles. The only reason that I chose them was a 15% discount offer for subscribing. The offer didn’t mention any exclusions. The payment page didn’t either. It processed without the discount. I spoke with their customer service rep who told me that tires are excluded but she would help me by canceling the order through PayPal and running it directly from my credit card with a 10% discount. She said that she was having trouble canceling it, so I offered to take care of the cancellation. She said that it “needed to be done the right way “ so she would handle it. I never heard from her again. I believe that I was purposely misled in order to persevere the sale at full price. It was the same price as other sites without promo discount codes. I’ll never deal with them again. "

"They forgot to send part initially, after the 6th day with a track # but no progress I called and got the part shipped that day. Received as promised just took more time than normal. "
