"I ordered mirrors for my Harley and made sure they were compatible before purchasing. When I received them the stems were too big to fit my Harley. Luck enough I had ordered long stems too so I was able to install them. I called to see if they would compensate or send me the correct short stems but they wanted me to return the whole thing which meant I would have to take them off my bike and have to wait again for new shipment and hope they were correct the next time. I am going to return them but will not be ordering anything else from them again."
