"Incorrect part was. I openened the bag but never tried to install as I noticed it was not the part for my bike. Being an electrical part being told I can not exchange it. I like J P, I purchased parts in the past. Do not agree with their exchange policies.????"

"Ordered a air filter on the 8th and paid that day for it. Been wandering where it is. I looked into it and it says waiting on vender. Why would you sell me something you don't even have. Was excited to start dealing with your company, but I think I made a mistake. "

"Axle covers are very light & nice looking.Recieved them quickly & were a easy install.They were a little loose & the set screws seemed a little short, but still holding on good.Will order again if they fall off from the vibration. Thanks Frank Coronado in Tucson,Az."

"The handle bars I ordered fit perfectly and the website didn't say they would fit. However, the seat I ordered was designed specifically for my bike and the brackets were to short and I had to make modifications for it to fit properly. Very upsetting that the one piece designed for my bike was the one piece I had to spend hours manufacturing brackets for. "
