"starter did not fit I tried different ways so I printed of the return form from the web site. that went fine but. when I went to print the return labal the site would not let it print it all off.
I talk to customer service they said they would send me one . that has been about a week now and have not heard from it yet. up until now I have been pretty happy with their service.

We were told at checkout that all items were in stock and should receive in about 1 week. 1 item was delivered with no explanation as to where the rest of the order was. Then 6 items arrived. Then the final 3 items. Why weren't all items sent to one location and then shipped at the same time? Customer service? Had to make 3 calls to verify about remaining items between delivery."
