Call Customer Service was told that it was not available, asked then why did the checkout take the discount but then removed it without notifying me. Then when I canceled the order CS promised an email to confirm that my credit card was not charged, never got the email. Terrible customer service, terrible service overall. Will let fellow bikers know this about J&P"
