"I requested a catalogue last fall from the catalogue request section on the J&P web site. It never arrived so I emailed and requested one. When that still didn't arrive, I called and requested one. All of these where months apart and still no catalogue. I have since given up and ordered from elsewhere. I have spent many thousands of dollars @ J&P over the past dozen or so years. Is this the best you can do? I'm not impressed."
