"The original parts that I had ordered arrived with both concern with damage in shipment and, what I thought to be, a manufacturer defect in the gloss black finish. The black finish also appeared to come off very easily, exposing the chrome underneath, and I had concerns the finish would not withstand road wear on the bike. J&P Cycles customer service, more specifically Ryan, was very helpful, efficient, and quick to resolve my issues. He was able to send the new parts out next day delivery. In addition, he was willing to address my concerns and exchange the gloss black for the chrome, and I could not be more pleased. "
