"This is in regards to Order # 39013251, a 37" JVC TV. It arrived promptly. But, when I set it up and plugged it in something was drastically wrong. The TV had obviously been damaged in shipment as the picture was full of big, black blotches and weird lines going every which way. I called J&R Customer Service. They immediately arranged for me to ship it back. Within a week I had a new TV that works perfectly. I couldn't ask for better service.
