"I placed an order on 2/12/2013 and never get the item even though UPS said that the item was delivered on the 2/14/2013. I called the J&R customer service on 2/15/2013 to file for a refund. They told me it will take from 8-10 business days before I can have my refund back. Today (3/4/2013 more than 10 business days later), I called them again, they told me that UPS has not responsed yet and I will have to wait for another 8-10 business days. I called UPS and they said that they are done with the investigation and it's up to the shipper to refund the money. I now stuck in the middle with that monkey-in-the-middle game. Big Disappointment!!!!"

Had to make multiple calls to get my credit card authorized and while none of my bank details were changed, somehow the authorization process seems flawed and the JR staff wanted me to persue this with my bank instead of providing assistance. In the end the issue seemed to have been on the JR side and as such, this took a lot away from the overall customer experience."
