"I paid for 2 laptop computers and do not have them in possession still. UPS supposedly delivered them to my address but i did not get them. J& R sent me an email to let me know that I could contact UPS about the status of the packages as they had put out a tracer on them. I contacted UPS and was told that they had not been contacted by J&R, and UPS encouraged me to tell J&R to do that. I contacted J & R to let them know what UPS had to say, and i was angry that they had not done what they said they had done. Later that the next day i received another email from J&R stating that there was a tracer o the package's. J&R ended their email stating that they would let me know something after UPS has finished their investigation. UPS will not communicate with me and poor communication from J&R. this purchase took place on 1/14/2013 and still is not resolved...very disappointing. Did i mention J&R has close to $800.00 of my money and all i get is we will let you know when we know. J&R does not seem to be leading the charge with trying to find out where my computers are. I wonder if they would be as relaxed if it was there money or computers missing. I guess i will keep updating this review until that person who owns/represent J&R decides that my issue is worthy to reach out to me instead of impersonal email replies from 10 different people in the office."

"Ordered an item on 12/18/12 with next day shipping. Item was shipped via UPS and according to UPS was left on my doorstep. Nothing was received. Called JR and they said I needed to open a claim with UPS. Did so immediately and talked to them (nothing was received, my neighbors don't have it, please make sure your driver didn't drop it off at the wrong location or steal it themselves). January - called JR - "what is the status?". "We need to follow up with UPS." 1/17 - called JR, "what is the status?" "Dunno, will have a manager call you and follow up tomorrow". No call. Called 1/23 - "what is the status?" "Oh we reopened the claim with UPS on 1/18 - once the claim is closed we can proceed." "When is that?" "7-10 days".
Seriously? JRs customer service is not good at following up or keeping their customers in the loop. All things considered, I probably should have just purchased something from Amazon."
