"I ordered a video card from them. They used a cheap method of shipping, UPS to USPS. This apparently doesnt work when your Post Office isnt in the same town as the UPS office. They charged me $7 for this, are they really saving a lot of money?

The card was sent back to them via the PO. I asked for a replacement card to be sent to me, I was told I had to wait until it came back to them. They had the same tracking info I had, they had my credit card, every other company would have sent another card. I had to ASK for shipping to be refunded.

Two weeks go by, and they still didnt have the card so I ask for a refund, only to be told that will take 5-7 days.

So 7 days later, I dont have a card and I dont have my money back. "
