Also, I really like the option to pay by my Amazon account, that simplify the process. Their price was reasonable good but I won't say it's partricular cheap (without the manufacture's rebate). They do have some good deals once in a while. I will likely to shop again there if they offer some other special deals. I didn't interact with their customer service, don't know how good they are. "Horrible experience. I was to get Ground White glove service. Instead I had to help carry it in the building, then help unpack, and I had to set it up all by myself. J & R is not honest about their service. I will not order from them again. Update J&R refunded me $50, even though the shipping and handling was $146. THe main reason I piocked them was because they offered free white glove service (which wasn't free) and then didn't provide it. Not to be trusted. "
