"I bought the Vivitar 8025 camera for $40 and Vivitar made it a disastrous experience. I tried charging the battery/camera with both the usb cable and through my computer for several days and it is non-functional & faulty. When I called Vivitar's customer service (three straight days) the man could not comprehend english nor speak the language coherently; he only kept reiterating that I not return the item but left vague assurances. That was a waste of time & money. But when I contacted JR's customer service, a lady named Grace Nemet seamlessly rectified the situation and demonstrated terrific customer service; a complete opposite experience from the former with Vivitar. She did a great job and although I didn't have a good experience with the item JR did their part."
