This was the worst customer service experience that resulted in a unusable tablet that had defects caused by the manufacturer and denied replacement by J&R. They took over 1 month to replace an ac adapter for one and too now we have a junk $200.00 purchase from J&R. *ALL THIS WAS DONE IN THE 30 DAY PERIOD. *That's regarding the return/exchange of the defective Arnova. We are spreading the word to news companies and others to broadcast in the NYC area will let everyone know how bad J&R IS.
All they had to do is not lie and exchange the defective tablet with a new one sealed as promised, but never did. They sent back our original return(defective) and said it was a new one in an email to us!!!!!!!!!
