"I ordered 6 fans only to find out my employer does not need that size fan but another. Trying to talk to someone at Sales about possibly arranging a refund and new order was not very pleasant. I made multiple calls and left a detailed voicemail to this number ***-***-**** found in Help->FAQ for their sales department and used the online form under Help->Contact Us with the Sales department. Not a single response from their Sales department. I did however email RMA and they were very speedy emailing me back an RMA #. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the restocking fees (1 of 6 items opened) which I've had waived by other website’s so long as I purchase something else. I understand there are costs associated with warehouses and paying employees to package but this definitely didn't help my already tainted view of this company as displayed by their replies to my emails. RMA processing was very prompt after the package arrived and refund. However, don’t ask for a statement/receipt of the RMA or you’ll have to email them back three times with an example of what that actually looks like on paper. I would never do business with this company again nor will anyone else that’s associated with me.

Notice how "RMA processing was very prompt after the package arrived and refund." means I didn't complain about the speed of the RMA. Did he read my review? They still haven't sent me a simple statement of my RMA by paper or even email. Some business have to track receipts when they use company credit cards regardless of creditcard statements. Thank you for reply back to my post so quickly, maybe I can get that receipt your RMA deparment said they would send me.

I quickly searched through jab-tech’s website for a phone number but couldn’t find one. I ended up sending an email expecting a reply within a few days, but to my surprise I got a reply within MINUTES!!! The people at jab-tech quickly apologized, sent out the right part the same day and emailed me a prepaid postage stamp so I could send the wrong item back. "Ordered a Sunbeam NUUO 550w Modular PSU - Black Panel from this vendor. Their description on the website indicated the unit had Active PFC. When I received the item, the box indicated that the Active PFC only functioned in Europe. I emailed jab-tech about this - they apologized, then quickly edited the item description. When I asked about being reimbursed for RMA shipping costs if in the event that I return the item they refused. Will never do business with this vendor again.
That's an outright lie, I never said I wanted to keep it. I said aside from the fact that I didn't get a feature that your website advertised in the item's description, that I was happy with the item. I told you I wasn't sure if I was going to RMA it. When you got an attitude, I asked for an RMA number. Look at your customer service rating, I think that tells the story rather well."
