After a few days I received an email saying they didn't have it in stock, and it would be in from the factory soon. After a couple of weeks, they said they said it would be longer. I couldn't wait any longer, so I bought one from a shop by me. They did refund my $165.00 that they had for a month. I don't know why they would say they have an item in stock when they don't. Next time I will just buy local."

They told me my order was cancelled. This policy is ridiculous. The woman explained it was to eliminate fraud. I told her she wasn’t getting a thing from my banking acct other than the info on my card. I ordered this pump from another vendor. No problems and was $15.00 less. "

"I have previously ordered parts and have gotten them in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered parts for my Zero turn in June and am still waiting for them. I know parts go on back order, but no attempt has been made to get the back ordered part from another source. I ended up getting my parts from another source to get my mower running again. I will wait for these parts so I can have them for future use but I don't feel they stocked up well enough for the summer mowing season to avoid such set backs. Thank You"
