"I have ordered a simple lock pin for a hydraulic wood splitter and still have not received it. There are no less than three of these lock pins in various locations on the splitter and are a wear item. These should be in constant stock. The website say back ordered items usually ship within 2-10 business days, 20 days for me and still nothing. Northern Hydraulic does not carry any spare parts and Jacks Small Engines are the only source. Disappointed does not begin to describe my experience. "
