I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent order. Overall, it was a good experience with fast delivery. However, the belt I received is supposed to be 40 inches long, but the one you sold me is 39 inches. It works, but it's a little shorter than expected.
Additionally, I paid a $32 customs fee that was not mentioned at the time of purchase.

"I placed an order with Jacks Small Engines for a Husqvarna new chain and bar because I thought I had an issue with my saw and the Husqvarna "expert" online recommended they be replaced with different part numbers. As it turned out, a more knowledgeable neighbor looked at the saw and diagnosed a different problem which worked and only required replacing the sprocket.
I called Jack's Small Engine repair (before the parts were shipped) and they promptly refunded my money with no hassle. "

"I ordered Poulan part 545227501 on 10/24 & it's still on mfg back order? Why not have the MFG drop ship it to me? 3 times I got the same lame excuse. I should have ordered it from e-replacement, they have it in stock. My customer is not pleased with the delay either."
