"Have been buying O.E. parts from this Co. for many years now for many pieces of equipment. Good help when needed on the phone. Had one issue earlier this year with a part received. The female told me on the phone, when I called, that the other two or three in their warehouse stock had the same issue and to try it. She obviously did not understand the difficulty or time involved to get to this part, let alone to replace it and reassemble the equipment. That response was the first I have ever heard in over 50 years of repairs on my part. Getting late in the year now to put this part to a true test of time and performance. The Co. does deserve in my years of dealing with them (4) stars in all fairness. They did not make the part in question. I got to wonder who did. Obvious quality control problem I am now stuck with to see how long it lasts."

"Needed to order air filters and what I needed at a great price. Finding the correct t air filters for my old troy-bult tomahawk chipper is getting harder to find at a reasonable price. Jack's Small Engines has them on hand. I ordered a few things to keep my equipment running over the last few years and I will continue as I can get the correct parts from my chainsaws to the chippers shredders to keep everything running so I can keep on working."
