"Their main office/storefront tells you that you can return parts to them directly once you get the authorization number however when you ask the same question to double check when you get the number the person there says you cannot return to the warehouse directly or return to the storefront and that the item must be shipped back. I live within minutes of their office and warehouse. It makes no sense for locals to have to pay to ship a return part across the street.

"Well I believe in customer service, if a ship date is overshot the customer should be notified as to a substitute part or cancellation not left in limbo. Since an expected ship date was given and missed by almost 4 weeks, I think a follow up should be in order. As of now I still have no idea when the parts will be shipped ! "
