I was able to place the order, get an order number, and was told itme was being processed for extended delay.
I finally had to call (6 weeks later) to find out order was NOT going to be fullfilled.
They offered and processed the refund.
I like Jacks, but I shouldn't be able to order something that I cant get, and I shouldn't have to call to get the order cancelled and refunded."
