"The parts are what they promised and the online parts books are easy to use. I have never had any problem getting the right parts. "
"Like many other online parts sources, you show a part as available but three days after placing the order you cancel it because you don't *really* the part after all. You need TO RECONCILE YOUR ONLINE INVENTORY TO YOU BACKEND SYSTEM. Now that I've had this negative experience, I am less inclined to place another order because I'm unsure whether you actually have the part. It's called bad UX."
"This is one of the few places that stocked some parts I needed for an old Subaru EX30 generator engine. Parts arrived fast and fit perfectly."

"Still haven’t received my order that was paid for back in July! Brutal!"

"The carburator was a perfect fit for my honda generator"
"Still waiting on my parts. "
"Placed an order middle of October 2024, after a month of waiting on backorder without any communication as to the hold up, I contacted JSE. The response I received was, "We received word from mfg that they changed the factory in which these parts are being made because they did not set up how they would get the parts shipped to their warehouses once they were done being produced before they made that change. We are currently waiting for an update from them on when the parts will be done production and when we are going to be able to have them shipped to us, but I have zero timeline on when we should be getting a response." I would expect that if a product was not in stock after a month and the vendor was unaware of when that product would be back available, they would be proactive to contact those that have already paid for the part in advance to let them know the situation and not wait to have the customer reach out to them to obtain this information. Poor customer service from my standpoint. "
