"After a purchase of an off brand from Scamazon, which didnt work correctly, I ordered from Jack's.
The carb from Jack's looked like the one from Scamazon, with an added feature - the choke butterfly would not close. After contacting customer support, they wanted photos. I took too many , them tried to email them through my device. Customer support said they didnt receive them. I tried several times to send them. I think my file size was too big and I couldn't separate them so that I could only send a couple.
My Son-in-law has better eyes and noticed that the plastic butterfly wasnt inserted into the shaft too far. When he pulled it out, it clicked into place.
I let the customer support contact know about it and told him that I was going to go ahead with the install. Within his reply, he said that they wouldn't take it back after installation.
Fortunately, it is working as it should! "
