"Ordered replacement OEM TORO blade kit for Wheelhorse 42” mulching mower by original part number. Blades supplied have same number, but are 1/4” longer, and 1/2” narrower than original equipment. Work ok when mulching deck is off, but a tight fit when mulching deck is installed. Better than supplied by on other off-market vendor though, as their blades are 1/2” shorter than oem and leave an uncut strip between blades. Jack’s delivered quickly, thanks."

More aggerated not only did I purchase a ATV wagon from Harbor Freight that was advertised as a 3/4 shaft for the wheel axel, only to come to find out it was metric, bearings broke less than a year out and now a 4 month waiting to get a wheel from their parts company. Maybe my rating is not fair to Jacks but then again, should we waiting for parts from a slow boat from China?"

"Needed rear axle keyways for old gravely pro 16 rear engine, saw them on website,only had dimensions to go by and were the closest ones to my needs,
Should have been little over one and quarter inches and that's what the grid showed,the grid is each square in one inch,so I was happy as hell to find them and ordered al three in stock. What I received were 3 tiny keyways, made for something small, maybe like flywheel.
Not worth the time and cost to return.
Sent e mail and told grid wasn't accurate,
So I said to myself you can't reason with some people, as that is what the grid pics are for. Anyway, have a good day.
