"I placed an order for two parts for a North Star log splitter on July 29th. It is now August 28th, and my order has yet to be filled and shipped.
I have received four "Order Update" emails from Jack's, each indicating that the Status of one of the two parts that I ordered is "Extended delay from vendor." The latest "Order Update" arrived in my inbox on August 27th. In all instances, the emails indicated that the order was placed on "Yesterday."
Although I don't blame Jack's specifically, there are three of the particular part that I ordered on the North Star log splitter, so the "delayed" part is not all that unique. I have no idea why North Star can't seem to send the part to Jack's, or why Jack's let this particular part to run out within their part inventory. Meanwhile, I am "Still Waiting!!""
