"I had a lifting cart from Northern Tools. Jacks did not have the parts I needed. I understand that Jacks was bought by Northern tools and would supply the parts. I do not blame Jacks. Their service department was very professional and friendly.

This cart I bought from Northern Tools was a $2000.00 piece of crap. I will never buy from them again."

"Hi, I looked on line and they were the only one who had my part's I need and shipping in Good timing .thank you. But the company echo never reimbursed me on the parts I ordered from you Guy's. Remember they said they covered the warranty.but you have to take it to a Dealer for coverage warranty. You can't fix it yourself for warranty coverage . I think a warranty is a warranty no matter what it is. Thanks for your service."

Jacks has updated me multiple times telling me my stuff isn't available yet and updating the next expected availability date. Not sure why you're allowed to purchase out of stock stuff but that's whatever. It's a little odd that their system would send out a review me option before shipping stuff. I assume its automated but still. I'll update if and when I get my order. "
