"I recieved my order minus the clutch. That was 2 weeks ago. Since the order confirmation said it was on order from vendor and not expected until December 14, I wasn't very concerned. I just called to check and they said it shipped with everything else. That is a hard NOPE. Went and double checked my envelope to verify what I already knew and NOPE, just because we're on the phone doesn't make it magically appear. Asked for refund, it should show up by Friday. Told them I could have already gotten it locally. And in the future I'll be checking local FIRST. So 3 stars is all they get because they are usually better than this. In fact this was the first problem I've had with them."
