False advertising and now I'm out $500

"I purchased a Fluke 88/5 automotive multimeter because my career requires electrical testing equipment. I made sure to go with a reliable brand because I need this meter to work reliably for the long haul so I saved up and bought the best I could. Upon arrival I noticed the case that it came in was cut and a large cavity exposed which was actually convenient as it offered more storage for my test leads but I was concerned that it had been used before. The meter worked great until I went to do a parasitic draw test on a vehicle that was having a frequently dead battery. I could not get my meter to read anything when my lead was in the mA probe. I tested my fluke meter with another snap on meter I had in the shop and was getting continuity (which means the fuse is intact) but still no reading on my meter when I would run tests. I figured it would be worth replacing the fuses just to be sure and decided I'd open the meter and inspect the fuses to make sure I got the right replacement fuses. As soon as I opened it I saw a 20A fuse where a 10A fuse should go and a 10A fuse where a 400mA fuse should be. It literally has these fuse ratings on the face of the meter AND in the instructions where it also has a caution warning starting NOT to replace the fuses with the wrong rating. At this point I know the meter was used and why it was returned. Some idiot fried the mA and Amperage probe on the meter and JBTools sold it to me as Brand New. As you can imagine I'm **** at this point and figure all I can to is reach out to them and ask how this could happen. They respond saying they don't know what happened between the time I received the meter and now and that's it. They blamed me the consumer for not checking my fuses straight out of the box. If you're going to spend some money on good tools AVOID JBTOOLS. Go to a retailer that respects hard working servicemen and stand by their products. I do plan on replacing my meter with another Fluke as it's not the manufacturers fault what happens to their products once released to a retailer but I will never trust JBTools with my money ever again. "

Ordered 16oz can, but received 12oz can

"I ordered a 16oz Aerosol Can, but received 12oz Aerosol Can. Other sellers sell 12oz can for lower price, but I went with JB tools particularly because of the size (I thought 12oz would be not enough, but 2 cans would be too much). I worked with customer service to get price match as other seller sells $8 cheaper for 12oz can. I got denied for price match and they gave me two options either taking $3 partial refund or return shipping label."

Wrong merchandise sent

" On two 2-20-19 I used a weather tech app on Facebook , followed Prompts that directed me through the purchase. filled out all the correct information for my vehicle. paid for transaction. the wrong mats were sent. After multiple attempts to contact seller to no avail Julie their customer support person finally emailed me back 2 1/2 weeks later. Julie informs me that they had sent the correct mats that I ordered and I am responsible to mail back said floor Matt’s at my expense. After an exchange of e mails which I showed a pic of my amazon purchase history which states these are the correct floor liners for my truck. But they absolutely do NOT fit. They are still unwilling to replace at their cost ie shipping and correct floor liners. So lessons learned. Deal directly with Manufactures do not use third-party vendors for their only in it for the money. $200 for liners that don’t fit and a customer support person who doesn’t really care if you receive the right product that fits your vehicle only that you received the product that you thought was the right one for your vehicle but isn’t !"

"I could never figure what kind of charging system this item comes with. I could never find where it told me. The pictures show a nice plug in charger but I have a feeling it is not right. It does not even say it comes with USB charger. It may not come with charger. I ordered it anyway, started not to because there are a lot of places that did explain what I was getting."
