"I asked them a few basic questions to the "Support" email about one of the products they sell. They were unable to provide any useful information at all. When I mentioned that I felt it lacking that they could not provide any information on one of their products, here was their response: "I am sorry but we do not have sales people or technicians and we do no manufacturer (sic) the items we sell. You would need to contact the mfr. We do not keep a list of mfr contact information." I had told them I couldn't find any information on the manufacturer. Isn't it odd that they don't even keep contact information for the manufacturers of the products they sell?
