However it's been less then 30 days since they actually got back to me on starting the return. For an item that was already USED AND COMPLETELY BROKEN AND USELESS (CLAIMED TO BE NEW) WHEN THEY SENT IT TO ME. Horrible experience. Will never buy from them again."
