"Placed an order for a steering stabilizer. Waited for a week with no shipping confirmation. Contacted them to cancel the order. 4 business days after the cancellation, the order shipped. When I requested to return the item, I had to pay a $15 return shipping fee. This is very poor customer service and completely unacceptable. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future."

There is a reason they are lowest rated 4x4 shop on all the legit reviews websites.
The Retured policy for this business is criminal. A 20% re-stocking fee. I bought the wrong shocks, an honest mistake. These are $1350 shocks, they are penalizing me $230 plus to return the shocks. Mind you these were never taken out of the box and in the original packaging. They act like this is Normal business, 20%??????? If you exchange it they don’t penalize you, but they don’t or never offered the model shock I was looking for, so tough $$$% for me. Look at all the replies to the bad reviews, it’s a cut and paste, always the policy is posted on the website LOL. They have lost a customer for life and my mission is spread the word on this.
Here is some facts i provided them, the return response was their typical cut and paste.
- This was an over the phone order, the sales person never mentioned anything about the 20% re-stocking fee.
- I didn’t recieve a order confirmation with a order number until after the item arrived, and this was only done because I asked for one. If this would of been done in a timely manner right after I place the order, i might of caught the mistake. i say might, because no where on the order confirmation under the model does it indicate this for a gladiator (i need the JL model)

"I ordered Skid Row skid plates for my 2006 Jeep Liberty on July 4, the holiday. I got both the front differential and the transmission plates, which have been hard for me to find anywhere. They were received by Fed X the next day for shipping. They are exactly as described and made out of heavy steel. They fit PERFECTLY.
I received good communication from Morris 4x4 Center and had no problems.
I will be shopping with them in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone else.

"I have placed a bout a half dozen orders with Morris 4x4 as I am restoring an old Jeep CJ5. Finding the necessary components has been difficult at times but their technical support has helped keep me on track.
They provide competetive pricing and offer free shipping and additional discount when I order enough all at once. Items have always shipped in a timely manner sometimes recieving orders in a matter of only 2 days.
I've had a couple items that did not fit as anticipated and they were kind enough to apply a full refund and return the items. I have also mistakenly ordered a couple incorrect parts which they returned for a minimal stocking fee of 20%.
To those of you leaving poor reviews, try Rocky Road Outfitter for a truly despicable customer service experience and you will come running back in appreciation. My only purchase from RRO resulted in the worst customer experience I have ever had but ended well with a charge back in my favor as they were incapable of keeping up with their commitments.

"I’ve been restoring an 06 RHD Jeep TJ this past year. I was spending a lot of time shopping around looking for the cheapest prices. Then spending the next week or more waiting on parts to arrive. Then I found Morris4x4. I ordered a new set of shocks and was surprised when they arrive in 3 days! The next time I ordered, same thing! Order Monday morning…items shipped out by Monday afternoon! No waiting for tracking info for the next three or four days. I found myself sometimes paying a little more for an item because I knew Morris4x4 would ship it faster than the cheaper competitors!
