"I ordered a custom dress from JenJenHouse for an upcoming wedding. I was excited because they advertise that they do custom sizes. Shortly after ordering and paying for my dress, JenJenHouse sent an e-mail asking to confirm the measurements I submitted. I then wrote them back confirming the measurements they received were correct and later received a blank e-mail response back from them. I decided to go to their website to track my order to see if they began making my dress since I confirmed the measurements but when I clicked to track my order I saw that my order had been cancelled. Not only was my order cancelled without explanation, the money was not returned to my account. I am having a horrible time trying to figure out what is happening with my order.
UPDATE: It took almost 10 days but the money was finally returned to our account. I still don't feel like the website represented itself correctly. It showed dresses in plus size categories and stated that if you needed larger measurements, it could be accommodated at an extra cost. I found the dress I was looking for at a different store and they have had no problems altering it to meet my needs."

"Best Dress Ever! I was wearing the dress in my wedding in May. I got my dress so fast and the quality of the dress was amazing. The costumer service was great any questions I had was answered per email very quick. The dress is so beautiful sadly the picture doesnt show it. I customized the dress so pls be careful about your size and be sure about the length etc. I changed for a longer chapel train and left the bow out. It was the most beautiful wedding dress. "I received my dress in a timely fashion. It was tailored to my unique size and they even added and inch for any alterations. The dress was beautiful minus a small mishap of something that could be altered. Overall the dress I had was complicated and made and delivered in 15 days so I can understand if there was a mistake.I mean you can't beat $220 for a luxury wedding dress. And customer service responded to my concern very quickly. They were willing to help me fix my problem. JenJenhouse is overall a good company with even better customer service."

Their customer service is horrible - they refuse to accept any returns!! (My dress was not "custom" - it was a standard size.) NEVER would do business with them again!!!
