"THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER FRAUD. I am nearly 7 months pregnant. I ordered a MATERNITY BRIDESMAID DRESS for a wedding this month. The dress that they sent to me was a disaster. First of all, it is NOT a maternity dress. I was told by their "customer service" department that since I did not tell them on the order that I was pregnant, they automatically sent me a normal dress - even though I ordered a MATERNITY dress and even though I emailed them before ordering the dress to confirm that the MATERNITY dresses had room for a fully pregnant belly, which they confirmed!! The measurements of the dress are off by nearly 4 inches, the chiffon was all bunched up (they tried to claim that it is just wrinkled from shipping, when in fact, it is just poorly sewn)and the dress looks nothing like the photo. They offered me all sorts of nominal refunds - 20%, 30% and 35% and told me that I could resell the dress in order to get my money back. WTF? I cannot alter the dress to fit me as there is not enough fabric and as it is, the dress looks like an absolute disaster. These people are a bunch of crooks!!! I am now disputing the charge through pay pal.
NOTE: the response from the seller below is complete B.S. No solution was ever negotiated or agreed upon. These guys want me to spend money to send back the dress and will not refund the purchase price until the dress is reviewed by their "quality assurance" department. I will NOT be spending any money towards a non-maternity dress that I did not order. It appears evident from the reviews online that their so-called "Quality Assurance" procedure is a scam. The reviews regarding their failure to adhere to their return policy and their failure to refund the purchase price after customers returned their purchases appears to be universal.
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!"

"I was very skeptical on ordering my daughters gown because I waited too late. I ordered my daughters dress custom made on 5/17/2013 and received the dress on 5/24/2013. Customer service was very prompt in contacting me by email when order was received and shipped. The dress was a little too big and jenjen house offered me a 15%Happy refund to help with cost of alterations. I recommend JenJen house for any ocassion gown or dress.
