I ordered a dress for my mother one size larger so we would have room to take it in for a good fit and the "size 8" dress showed up with a waist size comparable to my size 4 dresses, needless to say I attempted to contact a customer service representative and the website does not provide a phone number and when I filled out a form online I was told they do not accept returns which is ludicrous. "I ordered a dress in chiffon material and the colour of watermelon, when the dress came the colour did not suit me it was a standard size and supposed to be knee length i am 5ft 7 and it was calve length much too long as a previous customer has said the whole front of the dress was padded this is not stated in the description i have a large bust so made me look really heavy i requested a return ticket as it says you can i put photos on they say i must get it altered myself but to alter it would mean undoing the whole front of the dress, they lead you to think u can return items but basically you cannot, false advertising, they take ur money and will not take anything back and considering you only order off a photo and standard sizes not even made to measure i think this is realy bad, i was of the understanding that i could return if it wasnt right how wrong was i..
