"My experience with JenJenHouse has been a nightmare. Not only did they ship the order after the due date but what they sent had nothing to do with the photos posted on the website or with the custom measurements sent to them. Their Costumer Service never responded to my emails, so I can't even return the dresses or get reimbursed.I just don't understand how they still do business when it is clear that they are fraudulent.Given them 1 star as a review is too much. They should not exist and the appropriate authorities should investigate them. I am looking into that right now; there has to be some sort of recourse even if they are in China. What they do is pure robbery."

"I was really worried after I purchased a dress from JenJenHouse after I read the comments on this site. However, I can safely say that I am so happy that I purchased my wedding dress from this site.
I got cold feet after ordering this dress. I was worried that it would look cheap and would be poor quality. However, it is beautiful and well made. It fits perfectly. The lace is beautiful and it was delivered 3 days prior to the expected receipt date. I tried on many dresses at local bridal salons but my daughter swears this is the most beautiful of them all.
When I had to change my measurements a few days after ordering, they were kind enough to make the change. I emailed several times (because I was so anxious about it) and they were gracious to respond. The only "issue" I had was that I wish I could have seen the fabrics ahead of time so that I wouldn't have been so nervous.
I am so happy that I bought the dress.

I dont even know where to start.
I ordered my dress on July 7 ...no where on the website did it say I would have to pick it up 30 mins out of my city and pay a $56 duty/custom fee.I am ALWAYS ordering from overseas, - on ebay,sammydress, dinodirect,timemark,nikespaces andioffer but NEVER had to pay this custome fee.
I needed my dress for July 17 and only found out yesterday (august2-2 almost a month ) they were holding it at a DHL depot far away from where I live. I paid for gas, customs fee and waiting forever inline to get it.
I ordered a size 16(though i am size12-14 ) I thought maybe I will go a little bigger just incase and also I order silver since I am part of a wedding party.
I recieved my dress which was a tinted greenish dirty color and it was no bigger then a size 9-10.
I have contacted and sent pictures and emails and asked just for my $160 refunded . No reply:'(
Though before I ordered the dress I sent them 2 different emails and they responded within the hour..but yet I am still waiting now (August 4) for any respond from them.
When I contacted them to see where my dress was because it was over 20 days late
they replied "well actually we shipped your dress,contact DhL and to figure out "
I should of knew from an answer like that not to pick up the dress and cancel it on my visa....Unprofessional!!!!
I still will give them a couple more days to help me change my mind about there company. I will keep everyone posted on when they reply for my refund and how my experience went.Hopefully they can redeem themselves and try to clean up all the bad talk about them."

"I ordered a dress from JenJen House and my whole experience was horrible. I too ordered a dress here because of fast shipping. When I received my dress, the color was not exactly the same as the color of the swatch. There was an invoice inside the delivery box that said if there are any issues with the dress (other than wrong size), to contact house of JenJen within 7 days concerning return/ refund. I contacted them in less than seven days & was told nothing could be done. I asked if I could exchange my dress. Since I didn't have my dress custom made,I received it in four days, I didn't think an exchange would be complicated.Finally after a week of messaging back & forth with a rep. at house of JenJen, I was offered a partial payment. I accepted the partial payment, because it would pay the difference of having the dress dyed. I was told the payment would be returned in 24 hours, but may take 5-8 days to for confirmation (July 21, 2012). I waited a week & there was no refund, so I sent the rep another message & she never responded. "

Their customer service team does not respond to inquiries and good luck getting a refund. It's impossible. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges because after one week and 5 messages, I've received zero assistance. JenJenHouse should be ashamed of its business practices. "
