The bridesmaid dresses were exactly as I ordered them and looked just like the picture. I did have an issue where I ordered the wrong size for a bridesmaid and was unable to return the dress; however, it was my mistake and is in their return policy, which I knew before I ordered the dresses. The staff were polite throughout our communications and offered to give me a 10% discount when I re-order the dress. I will be ordering my wedding dress from JenJenHouse as well because of my experience with them. They are willing to tailor a dress to my specifications, which is wonderful. "I wanted this dress for my sister's wedding and since I didn't have enough time to go for shopping I decided to order my dress from this company. I spend a lot of time to choose a dress and was so excited to see the beautiful models. I ordered size 6 but after 2 days changed my order to size 8 and they said they will let the tailor know about it and fix the problem. they were so responsive every time I sent them email before receiving my dress.
I received a size 6 dress 3 days ago and it was in a very very bad quality. The dress is not symmetric at the top front on my chest and it is clearly obvious that they do not have professional tailors.
I decided to order two other dresses for my mom and my sister from this fraud company but I never ever suggest them to anyone.
They even do not respond to any of my emails after I emailed them to return the dress.
Any one knows how we can report this kind of websites? "

I should not have received my wedding dress until around August 10, but I received it Wednesday, July 25. It is just as beautiful as it is online. "I bought 4 bridesmaid dresses in regency colour. The fabric quality and the craftsmanship is excellent and the colour is exactly what I was hoping for. The size charts are very accurate and the dresses are a fantastic fit only wish i had used made to measure for the length but better to be too long than too short. I was very sceptical about online ordering especially after reading some reviews about the company being a scam, however i have to say the communication from the customer service team, every time i sent a update request was excellent, and i even had to change the colour of one of the dresses half way through the order which was accomodated even though i was at fault, and after receiving such beautiful dresses I will definatly use Jenjenhouse again in the future and I will definately recommend them to others. "What a company. The reviews are either 5/5 or 1/5. The 5/5's are people who got what they ordered and were satisfied. Us 1/5 raters who weren't satisfied and asked for a Product Return Form and a refund, got no where. The dress I received looked nothing like the picture and the reply from their customer service was "we make them as cheap as possible so just keep it". Is there any one out there who has had a good response from their Customer Service People? I doubt it. KEEP AWAY "

Although some of you may have had alright experience with the company, considering the price, I on the other hand have had a HORRIFIC experience...
First of all, they DON'T point out that the dresses are shipped from China, they specifically had options under regions to buy dresses from your area, which you would expect, naturally, to come from your area!!! The dresses were shipped from China and I had to pay £70.
The dresses looked like they had been made with one hand whilst driving...on a rocky road!!! They were horrific and looked NOTHING like the pictures on the website.I immediately contacted JenJen and asked about how I could return them and get a refund and they said that i should keep the dresses and that they would refund half the amount to me... these dresses were not fixable... and it was not my responsibility to make the dresses!! I then had to take 30 pictures to prove the faults and then they said I had to pay for the package to be sent back, and make sure I paid for all their custom charges in China or they would not refund the money.
First of all, the Post Office clarified that it is impossible to be able to say how much they may charge and I ended up paying £90 anyway!! So I tell them they must pay me back for the customs charges and return fees, to which they replied, Yes but with coupons to use on their site!
I would NEVER use their services again, they were unprofessional and I have filed an investigation with Paypal now to look into their manner of trading and their website which misrepresents many things, including their items as the dresses were nothing like what was sent to me.
I would HIGHLY recommend you don't go anywhere NEAR this website!

"I ordered two dresses from JenJenHouse.com for two separate occasions. Both were for the same size 16W. One of the dresses fit perfectly, the other was more like size 18W. It was poorly finished, zipper was amaturely sewn on, the dress fell off my shoulders, waist was way low and the dress swept the floor. At 175cm tall, I am of above average height. I ask for my REFUND. JenJenhHouse have tried to convince me that this is not poor workmanship. They do not want to give me my REFUND. I paid almost £90 for this dress and I could get something that guality for under £10. Customer Services is RUBBISH. It does not exist. WOULD NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM WHICH IS A SHAME BECAUSE THE OTHER DRESS WAS NOT BAD."

The stitching fell apart on one dress immediately and both were not the colour advertised. I have been trying for 6 days to get intouch with the company to return the dresses but they refuse to answer my messages.
