"I find your "sales" to be ridiculous since everything is at your lowest price. No deductions can ever be used.
I used to love senso canvases but you somehow changed the primer and instead of the surface being somewhat absorbent, it is now slick which does not suit my needs at all. The canvases tend to be very loose and have ripples and buckling. I would expect this of an inexpensive canvas. Senso is not inexpensive."

"I ordered $400 worth of expensive paint brushes because I got such a great deal through Jerry's. I received my brushes very quickly. The problem was that the packing crew had stapled my brush filaments in the packaging making them useless! I called customer service and three business days later I had brush replacements! That's what I love about Jerry's, no matter what the issue is they take care of it! Like yesterday! "
